Naturel Cappadocia showcases activities offered in the Cappadocia region (hot air balloon rides, ATV tours, jeep safaris, horseback riding, valley treks, full-day tours, etc.). No direct reservations are made through the Site. Participation in activities is arranged by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.

2. Membership

You may create a membership account on our Site. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate, up to date, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you detect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Activities and Pricing

Activity information, descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Site are for informational purposes only. Prices may vary depending on the season, number of participants, and activity type. You must contact us directly for current and confirmed pricing. Prices listed on the Site do not constitute a binding offer.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Since participation in activities is arranged via WhatsApp or phone, cancellation and refund conditions vary by activity type. Activities cancelled due to weather conditions are fully refunded or rescheduled to an alternative date. Refund conditions for customer-initiated cancellations will be communicated during the booking process. Please consult our team when securing your spot for detailed information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Naturel Cappadocia takes utmost care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site; however, it does not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Liability for personal injury, material damage, or losses that may occur during activities is evaluated within the framework of the relevant activity provider's insurance and safety policies. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from the cancellation or modification of activities due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, design, and software) belongs to Naturel Cappadocia or is used under license. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content is prohibited.
